Welcome to TheAudit.AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-driven BSA/AML and OFAC compliance audit services. By accessing or using TheAudit.AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

TheAudit.AI provides AI-driven compliance audits designed for financial institutions, fintechs, banks, and other businesses. Our audits are independent assessments based on the information and data provided by users and are not intended to serve as legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Users must create an account to access our services and must ensure that the individual creating the account is authorized to act on behalf of the business they represent. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities conducted under their accounts.

Our services are currently available on a pay-per-audit basis, with future plans to introduce additional paid services. All payments made for services are final and non-refundable. However, if a user is dissatisfied with our services, we will make reasonable efforts to work with them to resolve concerns and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for audits. TheAudit.AI does not guarantee regulatory compliance or protection from regulatory scrutiny or banking-related issues as a result of using our services. The results of our audits are based entirely on the information submitted by the user, and we disclaim any liability for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading data provided by users. Our services are strictly independent and do not constitute legal or financial guarantees.

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts for non-payment or violations of these Terms. Upon termination, TheAudit.AI will retain user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including maintaining records for audit documentation.

All data submitted through TheAudit.AI is securely stored and retained for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with industry record-keeping standards. Additional details on data handling and protection measures are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of TheAudit.AI shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the United States. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
